1. Accepted Payment Methods

- Bank Wire Transfer (T/T): Advance payments or deposits via telegraphic transfer.
- Letter of Credit (L/C): Irrevocable and confirmed letters of credit from internationally recognized banks.
- PayPal or Other Digital Platforms: For small transactions, subject to applicable service charges.
- Escrow Services: Optional service for additional payment security, if mutually agreed.
2. Payment Terms
- Advance Payment: A minimum of 30%-50% of the total order value must be paid as an advance to confirm the order.
- Balance Payment: The remaining balance must be cleared before shipment (for T/T payments) or as per the terms of the L/C.
- Credit Terms: Available for select clients based on prior agreement and credit evaluation.
3. Currency

4. Invoice and Documentation

- Upon receipt of payment, we will provide a receipt or acknowledgment.
5. Refunds and Adjustments
- Refunds for canceled orders will be processed per our Refund Policy.
- Adjustments or credits may be issued for overpayments or product discrepancies after mutual agreement.
6. Taxes and Bank Charges
- Taxes: Buyers are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or levies imposed by their country.
- Bank Charges: All bank charges (including intermediary bank fees) are to be borne by the buyer unless otherwise agreed.
7. Security and Confidentiality
- All payment information shared with us will be handled securely and confidentially.
- We use encrypted systems to protect against fraud and unauthorized access.
8. Dispute Resolution
- In case of payment disputes, both parties agree to resolve the matter amicably through direct communication.
- If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be subject to arbitration under Applicable Jurisdiction.
